netaudio 2011, a set on Flickr.
Here is another set of photos from the London trip. The photos are from a concert that was organized by Netaudio London— a showcase for digital and electronic art/music that included workshops, talks and sound art installations.
The low light was a challenge, luckily I brought the Nokton 25mm lens, that has a .95 aperture and is great for low light. The downside, at .95 it has a very shallow depth of field so I had to take more time setting up the shot.
This photo set has images from the show at the Koko. It was a great line up— Radian, Bruce Gilbert and Mika Vainio and Nurse with Wound. I was glad I made it for the opening band Radian, an experimental music group from Austria. Unfortunately, I didn’t go to the merch table until the end of the show and missed out on their cds. The guy at the table said they took their cds and left after their set. Lesson learned — go to the merch table before the show. For those who live in NYC, Radian will be playing June 8th at Union Pool.
